An experimental documentary about the role of arts in social change. Featuring interviews with local and international artists, and people who have taken part in arts projects.
The film was made in collaboration with participants, and processed with them in Peterborough, UK. The city was host to Citizen Power Peterborough, a two-and-a-half-year programme exploring ways of promoting civic action for positive social change. Arts and Social Change was distributed alongside a written document for artists and policymakers about the role of arts in social change.
